Man fatally shot by police in Portage Park after 'producing handgun' during foot pursuit identified

A 22-year-old armed man who was fatally shot by a Chicago police officer during a foot pursuit in the Portage Park neighborhood on the city's Northwest Side was identified on Friday, official said.
